🔒 1. Access & Authentication

• Access to the Author Dashboard is restricted to the corresponding author of a submitted paper only.
• Your registered mobile number serves as your login identifier. Keep your credentials confidential.
• The default password is your registered mobile number. You are strongly encouraged to change this after first login.
• Unauthorised access attempts, sharing of credentials, or impersonation of another author is strictly prohibited.
• The conference organising committee reserves the right to disable any account at any time without prior notice.

📄 2. Paper Submission & Intellectual Property

• By submitting a paper, you confirm that the work is original, not previously published, and not currently under review elsewhere.
• All co-authors must have reviewed, approved, and consented to the submission of the manuscript.
• Plagiarism in any form will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
• The conference organisers may publish accepted papers in the conference proceedings. Authors retain copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Uploading of third-party copyrighted content without permission is prohibited.

📈 3. Review Process & Decisions

• All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review process. Review decisions are final and binding.
• Authors with a revision request must upload the revised manuscript within the stipulated deadline. Failure to do so may result in rejection.
• Attempts to identify or contact reviewers directly is considered a breach of the review process and may result in disqualification.
• The organising committee's decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection is final.

💳 4. Registration & Payment

• Acceptance of a paper does not guarantee inclusion in the proceedings unless the registration fee is paid by the published deadline.
• Registration fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the conference refund policy.
• At least one author per accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
• Payments made through this portal are processed securely. The conference is not responsible for banking delays or failures.

🔒 5. Data Privacy & Security

• Personal information collected (name, mobile number, email, affiliation) is used solely for conference administration purposes.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required for publication or legal compliance.
• Uploaded files are stored securely on Google Drive. Access is controlled and restricted to authorised personnel only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
• Password reset codes sent via email are valid for 15 minutes and are single-use only.

⚠️ 6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the portal in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Submission of false information, fabricated data, or fraudulent payment proofs will result in immediate disqualification.
• Any automated or bot-based access to this portal is not permitted.
• Harassment of conference staff, reviewers, or other authors in any form will not be tolerated.

📋 7. Amendments & Governing Law

The conference organising committee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state where the conference is being held.
